Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On May 29, 2018, Newtek Business Services Corp.’s (the “Company”) Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Security Officer, John Raven, departed from the Company. The Company has retained a new Chief Information Security Officer who will assume the position on June 11, 2018.
