NewtekOne, Inc. (the “Company”) is filing this Notification of Late Filing on Form 12b-25 with respect to its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2023 (the “Form 10-Q”). The Company has determined that it is unable to file its Form 10-Q within the initially prescribed time period and the Company requires additional time to prepare and review the Form 10-Q to ensure adequate disclosure of the information required to be included therein. The Company is working diligently to complete the Form 10-Q as soon as possible and expects to file within the five day extension period provided by Rule 12b-25.
